Extended Trips. (1) A trip driver returning from a trip after retiring his or her bus later than 12 o’clock midnight shall not be assigned another trip assignment until he or she has had ten (10) consecutive hours off duty. (2) Trip driver returning from a trip later than one (1:00) a.m. shall not be assigned a local run nor his or her regular run until said driver has had eight (8) consecutive hours off duty.
