Time Factors. A. The work year for elementary school principals and assistant elementary school principals will be 202 days. B. The work year for Skill Center and middle school principals, assistant middle school principals, senior high school assistant principals and athletic administrators will be 207 days. C. The work year for the LC/TC and senior high school principals will be 218 days. D. The work year for coordinators will be 212 days. E. The work year for the lead administrator will be 210 days. F. When an administrator is asked to work for an additional week beyond this contract, he/she will be compensated at the rate of 2.5% of his/her salary per extra week worked. G. A “flex day” is defined as a weekday on which an employee works in the District when it is not a required contract day (a regular work day); i.e., working during summer break, a day during the winter or summer breaks, etc. Each LEADS member may use up to five (5) “flex days” in a contract year in place of their required contract days with the prior approval of the appropriate Assistant Superintendent/ Director. “Flex days” cannot be accrued on weekends.

Time Factors a. Failure of this procedure to communicate the decision on a grievance within the specified time limits shall permit the grievant or the Association to proceed to the next step. Failure at any step of this procedure to appeal a grievance to the next step within the specified time limits shall be deemed to be acceptance of the decision rendered at that step. b. It is understood the grievant shall, during and notwithstand- ing the pendency of any grievance, continue to observe all assignments and applicable rules and regulations of the Board.
Time Factors. The Company shall additionally be entitled to postpone the filing of any registration statement otherwise required to be prepared and filed by it pursuant to this Section 2.1 so that no registration under this Section 2.1 occurs within six (6) months after the effective date of any other registration statement filed by the Company or within three (3) months after the completion of the sale of all securities included in any other registration statement filed by the Company.

Each LEADS member may use up to five (5) “flex days” in a contract year in place of their required contract days with the prior approval of the appropriate supervisor. These days cannot be used consecutively without prior approval from an immediate supervisor. A LEADS member cannot use a flex day on the last day of his/her contract year.
Time Factors. The Contractor’s daily hours of operation, during which they are open for business, will coincide with DWR’s daily work hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (except for Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays). Graphic Services staff will most often give 48 hours advance notice when requesting motion graphics services. In some circumstances, the Contractor may be required to make personnel available to DWR within twenty-four (24) hours of request. In the event of emergencies, such as forest fires, floods, and earthquakes, the Contractor will make their facilities and personnel available to DWR within four (4) hours.

  • ADJUSTMENT FACTORS The Contractor will perform any or all Tasks in the Construction Task Catalog for the Unit Price appearing therein multiplied by the following Adjustment Factors. See the General Terms and Conditions for additional information.

  • Performance Factors (a) Each party will notify the other party of the existence of a Performance Factor, as soon as reasonably possible after the party becomes aware of the Performance Factor. The Notice will: describe the Performance Factor and its actual or anticipated impact; include a description of any action the party is undertaking, or plans to undertake, to remedy or mitigate the Performance Factor; indicate whether the party is requesting a meeting to discuss the Performance Factor; and address any other issue or matter the party wishes to raise with the other party. (b) The recipient party will provide a written acknowledgment of receipt of the Notice within 7 Days of the date on which the Notice was received (“Date of the Notice”). (c) Where a meeting has been requested under paragraph 7.2(a)(3), the parties agree to meet and discuss the Performance Factors within 14 Days of the Date of the Notice, in accordance with the provisions of section 7.3.

  • SECONDARY FACTORS The extent of control which, by agreement, COUNTY may exercise over the details of the work is slight rather than substantial; (b) CONTRACTOR is engaged in a distinct occupation or business; (c) In the locality, the work to be done by CONTRACTOR is usually done by a specialist without supervision, rather than under the direction of an employer; (d) The skill required in the particular occupation is substantial rather than slight; (e) The CONTRACTOR rather than the COUNTY supplies the instrumentalities, tools and work place; The length of time for which CONTRACTOR is engaged is of limited duration rather than indefinite; (g) The method of payment of CONTRACTOR is by the job rather than by the time; (h) The work is part of a special or permissive activity, program, or project, rather than part of the regular business of COUNTY; (i) CONTRACTOR and COUNTY believe they are creating an independent contractor relationship rather than an employee relationship; and The COUNTY conducts public business. It is recognized that it is not necessary that all secondary factors support creation of an independent contractor relationship, but rather that overall there are significant secondary factors which indicate that CONTRACTOR is an independent contractor. By their signatures to this Agreement, each of the undersigned certifies that it is his or her considered judgment that the CONTRACTOR engaged under this Agreement is in fact an independent contractor.

  • Measurements and arithmetic conventions All measurements and calculations shall be in the metric system and calculations done to 2 (two) decimal places, with the third digit of 5 (five) or above being rounded up and below 5 (five) being rounded down.

  • Mileage Measurement Where required, the mileage measurement for LIS rate elements is determined in the same manner as the mileage measurement for V&H methodology as outlined in NECA Tariff No. 4.

  • Performance Expectations The Charter School’s performance in relation to the indicators, measures, metrics and targets set forth in the CPF shall provide the basis upon which the SCSC will decide whether to renew the Charter School’s Charter Contract at the end of the charter term. This section shall not preclude the SCSC from considering other relevant factors in making renewal decisions.

  • Ongoing Performance Measures The Department intends to use performance-reporting tools in order to measure the performance of Contractor(s). These tools will include the Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit H), to be completed by Customers on a quarterly basis. Such measures will allow the Department to better track Vendor performance through the term of the Contract(s) and ensure that Contractor(s) consistently provide quality services to the State and its Customers. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MFMP or on the Department's website).

  • Measuring EPP parameters Every 5 minutes, EPP probes will select one “IP address” of the EPP servers of the TLD being monitored and make an “EPP test”; every time they should alternate between the 3 different types of commands and between the commands inside each category. If an “EPP test” result is undefined/unanswered, the EPP service will be considered as unavailable from that probe until it is time to make a new test.
