Extension/Addition. The Allottee upon perusal of the Act and other terms and conditions of this Agreement hereby specifically agree, declare and confirm that notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement, the Allottee has no objection and shall under no circumstances have any objection to the Promoter (1) integrating/adding (notionally or actually) other lands to the Said Complex and in this regard to demolish boundary walls and affix gates wherever necessary and connecting existing roads to future roads and (2) granting all forms of unfettered and perpetual proportionate right of use over the Common Portions to third parties. The Allottee further declare and confirm that in consideration of the Promoter agreeing to transfer the Said Apartment And Appurtenances in favour of the Allottee, the Allottee has agreed and accepted the above various terms and conditions and also that the Promoter and its successors-in-interest/title shall have unfettered and perpetual easements over, under and above all Common Portions including roads, passages and all open spaces in the Said Complex with right to connect the same to new roads and passages comprised in other lands integrated/added to the Said Complex and no further written consent by the Allottee shall be required for the same, in pursuance of the Act or otherwise.
Extension/Addition. The undertaking of the Buyer to the Developer that notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement, the Buyer has no objection and shall under no circumstances have any objection to the Developer (1) integrating/adding (notionally or actually) other contiguous lands to the Said Complex and for this purpose, demolishing boundary walls and affixing gates wherever necessary and connecting existing passages (2) extending, modifying and realigning the extent, area, layout and location of the Said Block/Said Complex including the Common Portions (3) modifying the Sanctioned Plan, as may be necessary in this regard (4) granting all forms of unfettered and perpetual proportionate right of ownership and use over the Common Portions and (5) granting all rights of user and easements to the Intending Buyer. The Buyer further undertakes that in consideration of the Sellers agreeing to sell the Said Unit And Appurtenances to the Buyer, the Buyer has accepted and/or shall be deemed to have accepted all the above conditions.

It is clearly understood by the Buyers that the Buyers shall not have any right to erect any wall/boundary wall in the Said Premises. The Buyers further undertake that in consideration of the Developer agreeing to sell the Said Apartment And Appurtenances to the Buyers, the Buyers have accepted the above conditions and has granted and shall be deemed to have granted to the Owners, the Developer and all successors-in-interest/title unfettered and perpetual easements over, under and above all Common Portions including roads, passages and all open spaces in the Said Complex with right to connect the same to new roads and passages comprised in other lands integrated/added to the Said Complex.

It is clearly understood by the Buyer that the Buyer shall not have any right to erect any wall/boundary wall in the Said Property and/or the Other Clusters and/or the Other Siddha Projects. The Buyer further undertakes that in consideration of the Developer agreeing to sell the Said Flat And Appurtenances to the Buyer, the Buyer has accepted the above conditions and has granted and shall be deemed to have granted to the Owners, the Developer and the Other Owners and all successors-in-interest/title unfettered and perpetual easements over, under and above all Common Portions and the Specified Facilities including roads, passages and all open spaces in the Said Property, with right to connect the same to new roads and passages comprised in the Other Clusters and Other Siddha Projects integrated/added to the Said Cluster/Said Property.

The undertaking of the Buyers to the Developer that notwithstanding anything contained in this Conveyance, the Buyers have no objection and shall under no circumstances have any objection to the Developer (1) integrating/adding (notionally or actually) to the Said Property/Said Complex (Project Extension) and for this purpose, demolishing boundary walls and affixing gates wherever necessary and connecting existing roads to future roads (2) extending, modifying and realigning the Common Areas (3)modifying the Sanctioned Plans, as may be necessary in this regard and (4) granting to other Flat owners of the Said Complex and/or the Project Extension, if any all forms of right to use the Common Areas and Facilities.

Extension/Addition. The Purchaser undertakes that notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement, the Purchaser hereby gives consent to the Vendor and Developer jointly for:
(a) integrating/adding (notionally or actually) other lands to the Said Complex and for this purpose demolishing boundary walls and affixing gates wherever necessary and connecting existing roads to future roads;
(b) extending, modifying and calibrating the extent, area, layout and location of the Said Complex including the Common Portions;
(c) obtaining additional sanctions and modifying the Sanctioned Plan, as may be necessary in this regard; and
(d) granting all forms of unfettered and perpetual proportionate right of use over the Common Portions to future Complex Co-owners. It is clearly understood by the Purchaser that the Purchaser shall not have any right to erect any wall/boundary wall in the Said Property

The Allottee undertakes that notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement, the Allottee hereby gives consent to the Confirming Parties and Vendor/Developer jointly for (1) integrating/adding (notionally or actually) other lands to the Said Complex and for this purpose demolishing boundary walls and affixing gates wherever necessary and connecting existing roads to future roads
