Extension of Maternity, Parental or Adoption Leave. Maternity, parental or adoption leave may be extended for up to an additional six (6) months without pay and without further seniority or sick leave credits accrual, and without entitlement to paid benefits. The employee may continue to be covered by his/her benefits if he/she pays the premiums in advance to the Employer.
