Extension of Period. Executive agrees that if he/she acts in violation of Sections 5 or 7 of this Agreement, the number of days that such violation exists will be added to any period of limitations on the specific activities.
Extension of Period. Executive agrees that the Non-Compete Period referred to in subsections C, D and E shall be extended for a period of time equal to the duration of any breach of this Agreement by Executive.
Extension of Period. Any loss of time during which the vessel is off hire shall count as part of the charter period. The Charterers, however, in its option shall be able to add any or all of the off hire time to the period of the charter as an extension of the charter period.

If Employee violates this restrictive covenant and Employer brings legal action for injunctive or other relief, Employer shall not, as a result of the time involved in obtaining such relief, be deprived of the benefit of the full period of the restrictive covenant. Accordingly, the restrictive covenant shall be deemed to have the duration specified in subparagraph (A) hereof, computed from the date such relief is granted but reduced by the time expired between the date the period of restriction began to run and the date of the first violation of the covenant by Employee.

If it shall be judicially determined that Executive has violated any of his obligations under Section 6.2, then the period applicable to each obligation that Executive shall have been determined to have violated shall automatically be extended by a period of time equal in length to the period during which such violation(s) occurred.

Extension of Period. The BANI Chairman shall be authorized, at the request of the Respondent, to extend the period for submission of reply and or the designation of an arbitrator by the Respondent with legitimate reasons, on the condition that the extension of period may not exceed 14 (fourteen) days.
Extension of Period. Employee acknowledges that the restrictions contained in Sections 7, 8, and 9 hereof are reasonable and necessary to protect the legitimate interests of Nematron and its affiliates and that Nematron would not have entered into this Agreement in the absence of such restrictions. Employee also acknowledges that any breach by him of Sections 7, 8, and 9 hereof will cause continuing and irreparable injury to Nematron for which monetary damages would not be an adequate remedy. The Employee shall not, in any action or proceeding to enforce any of the provisions of this Agreement, assert the claim or defense that an adequate remedy at law exists. In the event of such breach by Employee, Nematron shall have the right to enforce the provisions of Sections 7, 8 or 9 of this Agreement by seeking injunctive or other relief in any court, and this Agreement shall not in any way limit remedies of law or in equity otherwise available to Nematron. If an action at law or in equity is necessary to enforce or interpret the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover, in addition to any other relief, reasonable attorneys' fees, costs and disbursements. In the event that the provisions of Sections 7, 8 or 9 hereof should ever be adjudicated to exceed the time, geographic, or other limitations permitted by applicable law in any applicable jurisdiction, then such provisions shall be deemed reformed in such jurisdiction to the maximum time, geographic, or other limitations permitted by applicable law.
