EXTRA PRE- OR POST-LUNCH PERIOD BREAK TIME. In addition to the regular contract break periods of fifteen (15) minutes pre-lunch, the lunch period, and fifteen (15) minutes post- post-lunch, to those employees working a ten (10) hour work shift, there shall be an additional tenten (10) minutes rest period added to either the pre-lunch or the post-lunch break so that a total of twenty-five (25) minutes shall be granted. Break times shall be established within each area to best allow the needed rest times for the employees involved.
