Eyewear Provision. 4.4.1 Employees who are engaged in using a computer screen shall be entitled to be reimbursed for: • An eye test • Frames and lenses required for work purposes up to a maximum of $500 (GST inclusive) or • Contact lenses up to a total of $300 (GST inclusive).
