FACILITIES FOR UNION PRESIDENT a. A sole use office for the Union President will be provided where available. Where a sole use office is not available, a separate/private shared use office will be made available to the Union President while on official time. It is the intent of the Parties to provide fixed office space to the maximum extent possible. The Union President will be provided a sole-use 4- drawer lockable cabinet that is easily accessible. b. The Employer agrees to provide the Union President access to equipment and facilities as needed. The Employer will also provide the Union President with a telephone with a separate voice mail account and conference call capabilities, and a computer with e-mail and a separate e-mail address (XXXX-0000@xxxxx.xxx). The computer will have the same programs that are standard on the employees’ computers.

FACILITIES FOR UNION PRESIDENT a. A sole use office for the Union President will be provided if available. The office will have a desk that has cabinets and drawers and contain normal office equipment (e.g. telephone, computer). One four-drawer cabinet will also be provided to the Union President. Management will consult with the Union President in identifying appropriate office space. The final determination of such office space will be determined by Management. The Union President will be allowed to purchase independently an additional four-drawer filing cabinet. The Union President and Management will identify placement of the additional cabinet so that it is properly accessible. Management agrees to respect the privacy of the office provided to the Union President to the maximum extent possible but the office cannot be locked at any time. Management may also offer the Union Vice-President sole use space where available. b. The Employer agrees to provide the Union President access to equipment and facilities as needed.   • Association President The President of the Association has the right to visit schools. The President will coordinate the visits with the offices of the principals in order to facilitate the purpose of this visit. Visits that are made to solve special problems of teachers will be arranged in advance by notifying the office of the principal.

  • Vice President In the absence of the President or in the event of the President’s inability to act, the Vice President, if any (or in the event there be more than one Vice President, the Vice Presidents in the order designated by the Directors, or in the absence of any designation, then in the order of their election), shall perform the duties of the President, and when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions upon the President.   • General Management In the discharge of its general duty to manage the successful performance of the Services, Vendor shall: 3.2.1.1. within thirty (30) calendar days of the Effective Date, identify to Citizens the primary and secondary management contacts responsible for the oversight and management of Services for Citizens; 3.2.1.2. ensure Vendor Staff tasked with management and oversight of the Services are available promptly to perform Services during Business Hours; 3.2.1.3. ensure each assigned Adjuster submits a time record directly to Vendor’s manager or point of contact. At any time during this Agreement, Citizens may require copies of time records from Vendor; 3.2.1.4. ensure that no Vendor Staff carries a weapon on their person while performing Services; 3.2.1.5. ensure that no Vendor Staff uses impairing drugs, chemicals, or alcohol while performing Services; 3.2.1.6. ensure that Vendor Staff avoid using their duties and obligations under this Agreement to engage in any conduct that could create either an actual or perceived conflict of interest, such as due to an ongoing business relationship with an entity other than Citizens that would enable Vendor Staff to receive an improper benefit or unfair competitive advantage; 3.2.1.7. ensure that the Services comply with the Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines as applicable to each Service Category and any other policies or processes set forth by Citizens, including but not limited to: a. monitoring applicable file production on a weekly basis to determine compliance with Citizens’ production requirements; and, b. providing detailed reports to Citizens related to Vendor performance upon request.
