Facility Care, Interconnection and Transmission Service. If PG&E does not deem Seller’s existing interconnection service, equipment and agreement satisfactory for the delivery of energy under this Agreement, Seller shall execute a Small Generator Interconnection Agreement with PG&E’s Generation Interconnection Services Department and pay and be responsible for designing, installing, operating, and maintaining the Facility in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and shall comply with all applicable PG&E, CAISO, CPUC and FERC tariff provisions, including applicable interconnection and metering requirements. Seller shall also comply with any modifications, amendments or additions to the applicable tariff and protocols. During the Delivery Term, Seller shall arrange and pay independently for any and all necessary costs under any interconnection agreement with PG&E. To make deliveries to PG&E, Seller must maintain an interconnection agreement with PG&E in full force and effect.

Prior to the Commercial Operation Date, Seller shall include updates on the status of the SGIA in Seller’s monthly progress report provided pursuant to Section 5.2. During the Delivery Term, Seller shall arrange and pay independently for any and all necessary costs under any interconnection agreement with PG&E. To make deliveries to PG&E, Seller must maintain an interconnection agreement with PG&E in full force and effect.

Seller shall also comply with any modifications, amendments or additions to the applicable tariff and protocols. Prior to and during the Delivery Term, Seller shall arrange and pay independently for any and all necessary costs under any interconnection agreement with the Interconnection Provider. To make deliveries to MCE, Seller must maintain an interconnection agreement with the Interconnection Provider in full force and effect.

Seller shall also comply with any modifications, amendments or additions to the applicable tariff and protocols. During the Delivery Term, Seller shall arrange and pay independently for any and all necessary costs under any interconnection agreement with Buyer. To make deliveries to Buyer, Seller must maintain an interconnection agreement with Buyer in Ml force and effect.

Unless Seller demonstrates to PG&E’s satisfaction that Seller is ineligible under the CAISO tariff to receive a Participating Generator Agreement, Seller shall take all actions necessary to execute and maintain a Participating Generator Agreement, as defined in the CAISO Tariff.
Facility Care, Interconnection and Transmission Service. Seller shall pay and be responsible for designing, installing, operating, and maintaining the Facility in accordance with the terms of the HCE Generator Interconnection Policy, execute a Generator Interconnection Agreement and shall comply with all applicable HCE, transmission operator, PUC and FERC regulations or tariffs, including applicable interconnection and metering requirements under HCE’s Generator Interconnect Policy. During the Delivery Term, Seller shall undertake all arrangements necessary to interconnect with HCE, except as HCE may otherwise determine, and shall be solely responsible to pay for any and all necessary costs thereof, including as set forth in the Generator Interconnect Policy and any related agreement with HCE. As a condition of HCE’s obligation to accept and purchase the Product from Seller, Seller must satisfy all obligations required by the Generator Interconnect Policy and related agreements with HCE in full force and effect throughout the Delivery Term.

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 xxxxx per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts. An adequately sized 3 phase “wye” wound step down transformer shall be provided to supply 208/120-volt, 3 phase power, for lighting, general service receptacles and dedicated computer based office equipment. Dedicated, isolated ground circuits shall be supplied from separate isolated ground power distribution panel(s). Lighting circuits shall be supplied from separate lighting panel(s). Panels shall have 20% spare capacity and be complete with 10% spare breakers of each size, but no less than 1 spare. No more than 4 duplex receptacles shall be connected to any single 20-amp dedicated isolated ground circuit or general service circuit.
