Factor 3: Management Approach. Offeror shall submit a detailed management plan describing how the Offeror will manage performance of the contract in order to achieve the Performance Objectives within the Performance Periods and ensure quality services and deliverables. The detailed management plan shall include the following information: • A description of a qualified field and management team, including key personnel, subcontractors, and other relevant team members with identification of roles, responsibilities, and communication strategies demonstrating efficient and effective management of the contract performance. • An organizational chart. • Key personnel meeting the requirements identified in Attachment L-1. The following key personnel must be fulfilled by the Prime Contractor: Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Program QA/QC, and Program Health and Safety Manager. The remaining key personnel may be fulfilled by a teaming partner or a specialized consultant/Subcontractor; however, they shall not be a second- or third-tier Subcontractor: Program Chemist and Public Affairs Officer. • A description of how the Offeror successfully implemented the proposed remediation technologies on similar projects/sites submitted for Factors 2 and 4 of this soliciation. • A description of the Offeror’s procedures/processes to ensure high-quality services and deliverables. At a minimum, the Offeror shall include procedures/processes that address the following: o change management o prime and subcontractor staffing management o sampling and analysis o health and safety • A description of how communication between stakeholders (Air Force, USACE, Offeror, Regulators, and Community) will be maintained. • Identification of risks to management approach success, and how Offeror will monitor and eliminate or mitigate risks.

  • PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 5.1 The Employee agrees to participate in the performance management system that the Employer adopts or introduces for the Employer, management and municipal staff of the Employer.

  • Earned Value Management System ‌ An earned value management system (EVMS) means a project management tool that effectively integrates the project scope of work with cost, schedule and performance elements for optimum project planning and control. The qualities and operating characteristics of EVMS are described in American National Standards Institute /Electronics Industries Alliance (ANSI/EIA) Standard-748. An EVMS is not mandatory; however, Contractors are encouraged to have an EVMS ANSI/EIA Standard-748 during the entire term of OASIS. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their EVMS and provide the reasons for the change and copies of audits by the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) or other cognizant Government administration office, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is EVMS ANSI/EIA Standard-748 certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.

  • Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Capability The wind plant shall provide SCADA capability to transmit data and receive instructions from the ISO and/or the Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected, as applicable, to protect system reliability. The Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected and the wind plant Developer shall determine what SCADA information is essential for the proposed wind plant, taking into account the size of the plant and its characteristics, location, and importance in maintaining generation resource adequacy and transmission system reliability in its area.

  • MANAGEMENT OF EVALUATION OUTCOMES 12.1 The evaluation of the Employee’s performance will form the basis for rewarding outstanding performance or correcting unacceptable performance.

Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.

  • Project Management Plan 1 3.4.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control 2 activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work.
