It shall be the responsibility of Coordinators of Academic Services to evaluate the performance of faculty members, utilizing various sources of information such as Course Feedback forms completed by students, individual written student commentary, significant oral student complaints, review of syllabi and other teaching materials, evidence of student learning, and classroom observations.
