Common use of Faculty Members on Unpaid Leave of Absence Clause in Contracts

Faculty Members on Unpaid Leave of Absence. A faculty member who is eligible to participate in the group insurance program immediately prior to taking an unpaid leave of absence continues that eligibility during the unpaid leave of absence at his/her own expense.
