Faculty Workload. A workload policy shall be developed by the College of Law using appropriate faculty governance mechanisms. The workload policy is subject to approval by the Office of the Xxxxxxx. In the absence of an approved College workload policy enacted under this Article, the Xxxx shall continue to make annual workload assignments for faculty pursuant to the College of Law's current workload policy. Such assignments are subject to the approval of the Xxxxxxx.
