Fall Term Only. Residents who are currently attending OSU or living in OSU-Cascades housing and contract for OSU-Cascades housing for 2021-2022 have until May 31, 2021 to cancel their Contract without incurring a Cancellation Fee. Failure to cancel the Contract in the form required by the cancellation deadline will result in the following Cancellation Fees, which will be applied to the Resident’s University account. Since it is impractical and extremely difficult to ascertain the amount of actual damages, the cancellation fee represents a reasonable endeavor by the University to estimate fair average compensation for its harm from resident cancellations. Resident understands and agrees to this cancellation fee. After May 31, 2021, the cancellation fees are as follows for Residents who cancel prior to taking Occupancy: i. June 1 – 30, 2021: $500
Fall Term Only. If notice of cancellation for the Fall Term is received on or before May 1, the Deposit is refundable. If notice of cancellation is received May 2 – May 31, Student will forfeit $200 of the Deposit (or, if Student’s account balance has already zeroed out and/or a forfeiture is not possible, Student will pay $200 to the University’s Housing Office). If notice of cancellation is received June 1 – June 30, Student will forfeit $300 of the Deposit (or, if Student’s account balance has already zeroed out and/or a forfeiture is not possible, Student will pay $300 to the University’s Housing Office). If notice of cancellation is received on or after July 1, Student will forfeit full $500 Deposit (or, if Student’s account balance has already zeroed out and/or a forfeiture is not possible, Student will pay $500 to the University’s Housing Office).
Fall Term Only. Residents who are currently attending OSU or living in UHDS housing and contract for UHDS housing for 2017-2018 have until May 15, 2017 to cancel their Contract without incurring a Cancellation Fee. Current students who sign up for housing after May 15, 2017 will have two (2) weeks (14 calendar days) from the date they contract for a room to cancel their housing without incurring a Cancellation Fee. New applicants, who are not currently attending OSU, have until August 19, 2017 (four (4) weeks prior to the start of the Contract Term) to cancel their Contracts without incurring a Cancellation Fee.
Fall Term Only. Residents who are contracted for UHDS housing for 2024-2025 have until May 31, 11:59 p.m., 2024 to cancel their Contract without incurring a Cancellation Fee. Failure to cancel the Contract in the form required by the cancellation deadline will result in the following Cancellation Fees, which will be applied to the Resident’s University Account. Since it is impractical and extremely difficult to ascertain the amount of actual damages, the Cancellation Fee represents a reasonable endeavor by the University to estimate fair average compensation for its harm from resident cancellations. Fall Term Only. Students have until August 18, 2018 (four (4) weeks prior to the start of the Contract Term) to cancel their Contracts without incurring a Cancellation Fee.
Fall Term Only. Residents who are currently attending OSU-Cascades or living in HDS housing and contract for HDS housing for 2019-2020 have until May 15, 2019 to cancel their Contract without incurring a Cancellation Fee. Up until August 23, 2019, current students who sign up for housing after May 15, 2019 will have two (2) weeks (14 calendar days) from the date they contract for a room to cancel their housing without incurring a Cancellation Fee. After August 23, 2019, current OSU-Cascades students receiving a room assignment will be subject to the cancellation fees outlined below in section 6(e). New applicants, who are not currently attending OSU-Cascades, have until August 23, 2019 (four (4) weeks prior to the start of the Contract term) to cancel their Contracts without incurring a Cancellation Fee.

  • Meal Period A Contractor shall schedule an unpaid period of not more than 1/2 hour duration at the work location between the 3rd and 5th hour of the scheduled shift. A Contractor may, for efficiency of operation, establish a schedule which coordinates the meal periods of two or more crafts. If an employee is required to work through the meal period, the employee shall be compensated in a manner established in the applicable Schedule A.

  • Transition Period Due to the nature of our purchasing process, the District often requires an existing service provider to continue to provide goods and/or services while the District is in the process of advertising, evaluating, and awarding a contract for the provision of the same goods and/or services in the future. To accommodate this process, the Contractor shall agree to maintain the same terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days after the automatic termination of this Agreement at the end of its term, if requested by the District, as a transition period. In addition, if the Contractor is not the successful bidder for a future solicitation for the same or similar services, he or she shall agree to provide the same goods and/or services provided in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days to allow for an orderly transition to the new provider. The District and the Contractor may mutually agree to a longer transition period.

  • Initial Term and Renewal This Agreement shall become effective upon its execution and, shall have an initial term of five (5) years. Following the expiration of the initial term, the Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year terms until such time that the Agreement is terminated by either Party upon giving the other Party six (6) months’ written notice of termination.

  • Partial Disposal During Term of Service Agreement Throughout the Term of the Service Agreement, LEA may request partial disposal of Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement that is no longer needed. Partial disposal of data shall be subject to LEA’s request to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above.

  • License Term and Termination Unless otherwise specified, any license granted is perpetual, provided however that if Customer fails to comply with the terms of this Agreement, HP may terminate the license upon written notice. Immediately upon termination, or in the case of a limited-term license, upon expiration, Customer will either destroy all copies of the software or return them to HP, except that Customer may retain one copy for archival purposes only.
