Common use of Family and Community Service Leave Clause in Contracts

Family and Community Service Leave. Employees covered by this Agreement will be entitled to Family and Community Service Leave in accordance with Clause 71 of the Crown Employees (Public Service Conditions of Employment) Reviewed Award 2009.

Family and Community Service Leave. (i) Employees covered by this Agreement will be entitled to Family and Community Service Leave in accordance with Clause 71 of the Crown Employees (Public Service Conditions of Employment) Reviewed Award 2009.

(i) Employees covered by this Agreement will be entitled to Family and Community Service Leave which replaces the entitlement to such leave as detailed in accordance with Clause 71 of the Crown Employees (Public Service Conditions of Employment) Reviewed Award 2009Personnel Handbook.
