Family Medical Leave Act and California Family Rights Act. 12.15.1 Eligible unit members are entitled to leave under the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the California Family Rights Act (CFRA). The leaves under FMLA and CFRA will run concurrently to the extent permitted by law. 12.15.2 The provisions of this Agreement and District policies will be applied in conformance with the FMLA and CFRA.
