Labor Management Committee (LMC). A Labor/Management Committee (“LMC” or “Committee”) will be formed consisting of administrators selected by the Director of Business and Operations and one (1) representative from each of the classification series areas selected by the Union, in addition to an OAPSE representative. The function of the LMC shall be to provide a collaborative environment to confer on matters of mutual concern, to keep both parties informed of changes and developments caused by conditions other than those directly covered by the Agreement, and to discuss potential problems in an effort to keep such matters from becoming major in scope.

Labor Management Committee (LMC). A. The Superintendent and another administrator of his choice and two (2) members appointed by the Association President shall meet at least once in the months of September, November, January, and April to attempt to resolve non-contractual issues and to avoid possible misunderstandings or grievances. Labor Management Committee (LMC) a. Unit members will, from time to time, designate five (5) representatives who will meet with management representatives on a quarterly basis, or upon a more frequent basis as the LMC may desire, to discuss matters pertinent to the welfare of the unit members. Topics discussed may include, but not be limited to, equipment, health and safety, job classifications, training, operating procedures, managed competition, retiree healthcare, non-occupational disability leave, healthcare medical waiver (opt- out), and exploring efficiencies. The members of the LMC will be granted sufficient time to accomplish the purposes of this section. b. The formation of this LMC shall not serve as the basis for re-opening the meet and confer process to modify this MOU. Discussions held during LMC meetings shall not be considered meet and confer despite the issues being discussed.

Unless otherwise agreed, meetings will be conducted at times which do not conflict with the normal instructional day for students and/or which minimize the need for employing substitutes for the Union representatives in attendance. X. Employees attending an LMC meeting during his/her regular work hours will not lose any pay for such attendance. F. The Committee will strive to utilize the interest-based problem solving model in addressing issues of concern and may determine to obtain additional professional training and support to enhance Committee functioning and labor relations.
Labor Management Committee (LMC). The purpose of the LMC shall be to address unresolved issues from the building advisory committees, as well as to address district-wide issues. A. Labor Management Committee (LMC). The City and the Union shall each appoint not less than two (2) members to an LMC. The LMC shall meet when mutually agreed by the parties at a mutually convenient time and place to discuss any matters pertinent to maintaining good employer-employee relationships. The Association shall be responsible for the selection of the teacher representatives. The LMC may meet as often as necessary upon mutual agreement. However, the LMC shall not meet less than two (2) times per school year. The Labor Management Committee shall not take the place of the negotiations process. Decisions made by the Labor Management Committee shall not in any way alter the terms and conditions of employment set forth by the Collective Bargaining Agreement. No active grievance may be discussed.

Grievances shall not be discussed at such meetings. Either party may cancel LMC in writing (i.e., via email). Matters subject to the duty to bargain and not appropriately discussed in another forum, may be discussed. However, the LMC shall not have the authority to add to, amend or modify this MOU/Contract.

Labor Management Committee (LMC). The Employer and the Union agree to maintain a Labor Management Committee. The Committee will function as a forum for sharing information. The Committee may identify solutions and make recommendations on matters brought to the committee by either party. The Committee will function in an advisory rather than a decision-making role, and will recommend solutions to identified issues.
