Family Medical Leave Family. Medical Leave shall be granted in accordance with the Oregon Family Medical Leave Act (OFLA) and the Federal Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Employees may use their accrued paid leaves in whatever order they desire. All accrued paid leave must be exhausted before an employee can go into leave without pay status.
