Common use of FAMILY RESPONSIBILITIES LEAVE Clause in Contracts

FAMILY RESPONSIBILITIES LEAVE. (a) A Nurse shall be granted up to four (4) personal days per calendar year to take care of their personal and family commitments. Three (3) days of such time may be taken in a minimum of two-hour blocks and one day may be take in a minimum of one-hour blocks. Employees requesting such leave shall notify their supervisor as far in advance as possible.
