  • Paraprofessionals 4.3.1 Paraprofessionals employed by the Charter School shall meet all qualification requirements imposed by applicable federal and State law, rules, and regulations.

  • Scope of Professional Services 3.1 On the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, COUNTY hereby engages CONTRACTOR to provide all labor, materials and equipment to complete the Project/Service in accordance with the Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment A, as modified or clarified by Addendum(s) # , dated , attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Attachment B.   • Monitoring Activities The Cheyenne MPO shall have the right to monitor all activities related to this Agreement that are performed by the Consultant or its subconsultants. This shall include, but not be limited to, the right to make site inspections at any time and with reasonable notice; to bring experts and consultants on site to examine or evaluate completed work or work in progress; to examine the books, ledgers, documents, papers, and records pertinent to this Agreement; and to observe personnel in every phase of performance of the related work.

  • Representatives’ Training Courses When operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to employees who exercise the authority of a representative on behalf of the Association to undertake training related to the duties of a representative.

  • Program Monitoring The Contractor will make all records and documents required under this Agreement as outlined here, in OEC Policies and NHECC Policies available to the SRO or its designee, the SR Fiscal Officer or their designee and the OEC. Scheduled monitoring visits will take place twice a year. The SRO and OEC reserve the right to make unannounced visits.
