Fares The employer shall arrange and pay for economy air fare or economy rail fare except when overnight rail travel is involved when a first class sleeping berth shall be provided.
Travel No expenses for travel will be reimbursed unless specifically authorized by this Contract. Permitted expenses will be reimbursed at the rate paid by the State and in accordance with the Budget Agency’s Financial Management Circular – Travel Policies and Procedures in effect at the time the expenditure is made. Out-of-state travel requests must be reviewed by the State for availability of funds and for conformance with Circular guidelines.
000 TRAVEL 21.100 During the term of this Agreement, no subsistence, travel allowance, mileage or pay for travel time will be paid to any employee covered by the terms of this Agreement.

Stewards Training Courses 22.6.1 Where operational requirements permit, the Council may grant leave without pay to a xxxxxxx to undertake training related to the duties of a xxxxxxx.
Lodging Board members should request conference rate or mid-fare room accommodations. A single room rate will be reimbursed. Board members should pay personal expenses at checkout. If that is impossible, deductions for the charges should be made on the expense form.

Air Travel The Buyers will reimburse the Seller for the transportation costs of the Seller's instructors in confirmed business class or in confirmed coach class, where business class is not available, to and from the Buyers' designated training site and the Seller's training center.
EDUCATION ASSISTANTS 1. All Education Assistants employed by the Board to assist teachers in carrying out their responsibilities and duties under the School Act and Regulations shall be assigned to classes and/or students by the Principal and shall be assigned specific duties by the teacher during the designated periods of time.
Training Assistance (a) Employees shall be reimbursed for one hundred percent (100%) of the tuition for job-related courses approved by the Employer.
