Fatigued. 11.27.1 A FCM, reporting fatigue after completing a pairing, will be provided at the request of the FCM and at the expense of the Company: a) A hotel room, including transportation or; b) A round trip taxi to his rest facility, limited to the maximum expense of a hotel accommodation and; c) Per Diem will not be paid.

  • Evacuation (1) If the Combatant Commander orders a mandatory evacuation of some or all personnel, the Government will provide assistance, to the extent available, to United States and third country national contractor personnel. (2) In the event of a non-mandatory evacuation order, unless authorized in writing by the Contracting Officer, the Contractor shall maintain personnel on location sufficient to meet obligations under this contract.

  • Animals The Hirer shall ensure that no animals (including birds) except guide dogs are brought into the premises, other than for a special event agreed to by the Village Hall. No animals whatsoever are to enter the kitchen at any time.

  • First Aid Attendants a) Designated First Aid Attendants shall receive their job rate of pay plus the Ticket Premium rate. All other employees holding valid First Aid Tickets shall receive a premium of five cents (5¢) per hour over and above their job rate. There shall be no stacking or pyramiding of premiums. b) Where a company is paying a bonus or premium(s) greater than set out above, it shall keep such policy in effect. c) Effective July 1, 1994, premiums for designated First Aid Tickets shall be: Xxxxx 0 - $0.85 per hour Xxxxx 0 - $0.50 per hour

  • Saving If any provision of this Agreement is later found to be completely or partially unenforceable, the remaining part of that provision of any other provision of this Agreement shall still be valid and shall not in any way be affected by the finding. Moreover, if any provision is for any reason held to be unreasonably broad as to time, duration, geographical scope, activity or subject, such provision shall be interpreted and enforced by limiting and reducing it to preserve enforceability to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  • Retrenchment At any time during an individual’s service, the individual may be subject to retrenchment in accordance with the provisions of Article 22 of the Agreement. In such cases, the notice provisions and all other terms of that article shall apply, anything above to the contrary notwithstanding.

  • Cultural and Ceremonial Leave 61.1 An employee is entitled to up to five days unpaid cultural leave for cultural and ceremonial obligations each 12 months for the purposes of undertaking their cultural or ceremonial obligations for the community or group to which the employee belongs. 61.2 The CEO may, on application grant leave subject to clauses 61.4 and 61.5. 61.3 The CEO will have regard for an employee’s cultural or ceremonial obligations, and may grant a further period of unpaid cultural and ceremonial leave.
