Federal and State Laws. The Contractor agrees to comply with all CDBG requirements as well as other federal and state laws, regulations, or Executive Orders. The State reserves the right to add or delete terms and conditions of this Contract as may be required by revisions and additions or changes in the requirements, regulations, and laws governing the CDBG Program.
