FEDERATION SECURITY. Section 1. Employees covered by the terms of this Agreement shall not be required to become members of the Federation. It is recognized that the Federation is required to represent all employees in the bargaining unit fairly and equally without regard to whether or not an employee is a member of the Federation. Section 2. Upon receipt of a written authorization from an employee covered by this agreement, the Employer shall deduct from the employee's pay the amount owed to the Federation by such employee for dues. The Employer will remit to the Federation such Section 3. The Federation agrees to indemnify and hold the Employer harmless against any and all claims, suits, orders, or judgments brought or issued against the Employer as a result of its compliance with the provisions of this Article.
