FEE STRUCTURES. A. The CONSULTANT certifies that the CONSULTANT has thoroughly investigated the DEPARTMENT’s requirements and that the CONSULTANT shall claim no compensation in addition to the amounts set forth in this SECTION 5 for work and services as set forth in this AGREEMENT, except as otherwise herein provided.

FEE STRUCTURES. The fee that the service provider receives from the Participant shall constitute the sole compensation for services. All costs required in the performance of this agreement shall be borne by the service provider and at no cost to the DMV.
