FERPA EXCEPTION. The parties agree that the sharing of Student Education Records is permissible under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”) under the following exception: TPR is hereby designated a “school official” and is performing an “institutional function” within the meaning of FERPA.

FERPA EXCEPTION. Districts acquiring SRC’s Address Purification or Residency Verification services agree that SRC may provide the District’s student related data to 3rd party organizations that assist SRC in providing these services. Any such activity is done for the express purpose of SRC providing these services and the data may not be used by 3rd party organizations for any purpose other than providing these services. Referring to Scope of Work section 1.x Student home school assignment If CLIENT would like Registration Gateway to determine the student’s home school based on address and grade, two options are possible. One requires the District to develop full data points and populate in an excel file format SRC will provide. The other produces a map and pushpin location, requires minimal District work and carries an additional charge. If Intelligent Typeaheads are chosen: District is responsible for providing SRC a data file in SRC’s needed format which lists every unique combination of address and the school associated with the address, each as a row of data. Referring to Scope of Work section 2.i Virtual/training SRC trains CLIENT project team on the use of the platform via webinar. SRC employs a train- the-trainer method to train the trainer identified on the roster. It is estimated that training will be 16-24 hours based on the edition purchased and split into segments throughout the implementation process.

For purposes of Chapter 8 (Trade in Services), Article XIV of the GATS (including its footnotes) is incorporated into and made part of this Agreement, mutatis mutandis. The Parties understand that the measures referred to in Article XIV(b) of the GATS, as incorporated into this Agreement, can include any measure necessary to protect human, animal, or plant life or health.

  • Permitted Exceptions The Property shall be conveyed subject to the matters which are, or are deemed to be, Permitted Exceptions pursuant to Article II hereof (herein referred to collectively as the “Permitted Exceptions”).

  • Title Commitment A title commitment (“Title Commitment”) from a title company selected by the Seller to the Buyer’s approval (“Title Company”), together with a copy of each instrument, agreement or document listed as an exception to title in such Title Commitment;
