Field Training Officer Pay. If the Chief of Police/Designee designates an employee as a Field Training Officer (FTO), the FTO will receive an additional one (1) hour of pay at time and one-half for each eight (8) hour shift and 1.25 hours for each ten (10) hour shift served as FTO.
