Common use of Field Training Officer Pay Clause in Contracts

Field Training Officer Pay. A. City agrees to continue a program which will provide extra compensation for employees whose job assignment involves full-time Field Training Officer (FTO) duties (including Sergeants), as defined by the Chief of Police or their designee, relative to the Police Academy trainees. Participants in this program will receive 10% of the employee’s base rate while designated in a FTO capacity.

Field Training Officer Pay. A. City agrees to continue a program which will provide extra compensation for employees whose job assignment involves full-time Field Training Officer (FTO) duties (including Sergeants), as defined by the Chief of Police or their his or her designee, relative to the Police Academy trainees. Participants in this program will receive 10% five percent (5%) of the employee’s base rate while designated in a FTO capacity.

Field Training Officer Pay. A. City agrees to continue a program which will provide extra compensation for employees whose job assignment involves full-time Field Training Officer (FTO) duties (including Sergeants), as defined by the Chief of Police or their designee, relative to the Police Academy trainees. Participants in this program will receive 105% of the employee’s base rate while designated in a FTO capacity.
