Field Training Officer. Employees assigned to the position of Field Training Officer (FTO) shall be compensated at a rate of fifty dollars ($50) per month for each full month so assigned. Receipt of FTO pay is contingent upon being assigned as an FTO, but not necessarily upon being assigned to work with a trainee each month.

Employees assigned In addition to the position of his regular salary, a Field Training Officer (FTO) shall be compensated at a rate of paid four hundred fifty dollars ($50450.00) per each six (6) month period that he serves in that capacity and has a recruit under his supervision for each full month any portion of that period. An FTO must meet the requirements prescribed by management and be so assigned. Receipt of FTO pay is contingent upon being assigned as an FTO, but not necessarily upon being assigned to work with a trainee each monthdesignated.
