FINAL ARCHAEOLOGICAL REPORT. The Final Archaeological Report shall incorporate all Government review comments for the Draft Archaeological Report, and shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer or designated COR after receipt of review comments. The Contractor shall submit hard copies and electronic copies of the report in accordance with Attachment J-3 General Report Specifications of Section J in the quantity specified in the Task Order. All archaeological reports shall conform to the requirements listed in Attachment J-2 Outline for Draft Final and Final Archaeological Reports and Attachment J-3 General Report Specifications of Section J. If stipulated in the Project Work Statement, the submittal shall include geographical information systems compatible with the current version of ESRI ArcGIS being used by the Government, complete with relational databases, photographs, graphics, illustrations, metadata, and directions for use. Should the Government determine that a Draft Final Archaeological Report is acceptable as a Final Report, the Contractor shall ensure that all other requirements for a Final Report within 15 days of acceptance by the Government.

  • Technical Reports All technical reports are to be prepared jointly by the Recipient/Institution conducting Work and all collaborating institutions or as deemed acceptable by the Centre’s contact.

  • Medical Reports The Employer agrees to pay the fee for medical reports required by the Employer for Sick Leave or Weekly Indemnity provisions to a maximum of fifty dollars ($50.00).

  • Medical Records Medical records relating to Trial Subjects that are not submitted to Sponsor may include some of the same information as is included in Trial Data; however, Sponsor makes no claim of ownership to those documents or the information they contain.

  • Medical Records Retention Grantee shall retain medical records in accordance with 22 TAC §165.1(b) or other applicable statutes, rules and regulations governing medical information.

  • Geological and archaeological finds It is expressly agreed that mining, geological or archaeological rights do not form part of this Agreement with the Contractor for the Works, and the Contractor hereby acknowledges that it shall not have any mining rights or interest in the underlying minerals, fossils, antiquities, structures or other remnants or things either of particular geological or archaeological interest and that such rights, interest and property on or under the Site shall vest in and belong to the Authority or the concerned Government Instrumentality. The Contractor shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent its workmen or any other person from removing or damaging such interest or property and shall inform the Authority forthwith of the discovery thereof and comply with such instructions as the concerned Government Instrumentality may reasonably give for the removal of such property. For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that any reasonable expenses incurred by the Contractor hereunder shall be reimbursed by the Authority. It is also agreed that the Authority shall procure that the instructions hereunder are issued by the concerned Government Instrumentality within a reasonable period.

  • Risk Assessment An assessment of any risks inherent in the work requirements and actions to mitigate these risks.

  • Final Report The goal of this subtask is to prepare a comprehensive Final Report that describes the original purpose, approach, results, and conclusions of the work performed under this Agreement. The CAM will review the Final Report, which will be due at least two months before the Agreement end date. When creating the Final Report Outline and the Final Report, the Recipient must use the Style Manual provided by the CAM.

  • Final Reports Within ninety (90) days of receipt of the Required Documents, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall publish its findings to the Sponsor and the Indenture Trustee. The Asset Representations Reviewer shall provide the Sponsor and the Indenture Trustee with the following reports as a result of the Asset Representations Review (collectively, the “Final Reports”):

  • Diagnostic Assessment 6.3.1 Boards shall provide a list of pre-approved assessment tools consistent with their Board improvement plan for student achievement and which is compliant with Ministry of Education PPM (PPM 155: Diagnostic Assessment in Support of Student Learning, date of issue January 7, 2013). 6.3.2 Teachers shall use their professional judgment to determine which assessment and/or evaluation tool(s) from the Board list of preapproved assessment tools is applicable, for which student(s), as well as the frequency and timing of the tool. In order to inform their instruction, teachers must utilize diagnostic assessment during the school year.
