Final Housing Element. Following adoption by the City Council, KWA will prepare the final Burbank Housing Element to reflect revisions directed by the City Council. Public input received on the Draft Housing Element will also be summarized. KWA will draft a letter for submittal of the adopted Element to HCD, identifying any changes made in the Element since the State’s prior review.

Final Housing Element. The R+A team will work closely with HCD and City staff to respond to any comments, and to produce a Final Housing Element for public hearings by the Planning Commission (for recommendation) and Council (for adoption). The scope assumes only minor, editorial changes will be needed to finalize the document. Our team will prepare and transfer all relevant materials to the City.
Final Housing Element. Xxxxx Xxxxxx will incorporate any revisions approved by the City Council into the Second Public Review document in order to create the “Final” Housing Element (e.g., the Adopted document). He will prepare the City’s formal transmittal letter and facilitate its submittal to HCD. Xxxxx will be available to respond to any questions or comments during the 30-day HCD review period. Xxxxx will work with City staff to complete any filings associated with adoption and certification.
Final Housing Element. Consultant will prepare a proposed final Housing Element, including any changes to the draft Element required by HCD, for City Council adoption and transmittal to the State. The due date for Housing Element adoption is October 15, 2021 and Consultant will work closely with Staff to ensure that applicable deadlines and requirements are met. The budget assumes one Draft Housing Element submittal to HCD plus submittal of the adopted element. If additional submittals to HCD are necessary, assistance will be provided as an optional task.
Final Housing Element. Following public review and comment period, consultant will prepare the final Housing Element in response to comments from State HCD, responsible agencies, City Staff, the Planning Commission, City Council, and the public.
