Public input received on the Draft Housing Element will also be summarized. KWA will draft a letter for submittal of the adopted Element to HCD, identifying any changes made in the Element since the State’s prior review.

Final Housing Element. The R+A team will work closely with HCD and City staff to respond to any comments, and to produce a Final Housing Element for public hearings by the Planning Commission (for recommendation) and Council (for adoption). The scope assumes only minor, editorial changes will be needed to finalize the document. Our team will prepare and transfer all relevant materials to the City.
