Public Input. All letters commenting on the grant received by the applying agency shall be included in the application. Letters written to the Division regarding applications shall be included in the Commission packet.
Public Input. Presentations Are Limited To Three Minutes. Items Will Be Considered But No Action Will Be Taken At This Time.
Public Input. The Fire Department will file with the Town a true copy of its articles of incorporation and bylaws and shall promptly furnish any changes made thereto. The articles of incorporation or bylaws shall provide citizens of the Town with an opportunity for input in the affairs of the Fire Department at least annually by written notice of the annual meeting of the Fire Department delivered to the Town and published not less than 30 days prior to the meeting and shall vest in the Board of Directors the authority to manage the affairs of the Fire Department.
Public Input. The PARTIES shall jointly undertake outreach to the public and local governments to engage the public, stakeholders, and other interested groups in the planning, development, design, engineering, and implementation of the PROJECT.
Public Input. The agendas for all Council meetings except those of executive and work sessions shall provide for public input as an action item; however, public input on a particular item under discussion or consideration by the Council may be allowed at the discretion of the presiding officer. In order to maintain the order and conduct of the meeting, public input participation shall be subject to the following:
1. The President must “recognize” the individual and shall stipulate a 5-minute time limit.
2. The individual recognized by the presiding officer shall;
a. Give his/her name, and state whether he/she is a teacher, parent, student, or other;
b. The Secretary shall note the person’s identification in the minutes of the meeting;
c. Be limited to speaking only to a particular agenda item at the time that the item is being discussed and considered; but may address a non-agenda subject during the period specifically designated for public input in the agenda.
Public Input. The public will have opportunity to provide input through the following processes:
1. By making application as a Delegation for consideration of a new matter;
2. By attending a Town Hall meeting.
3. With the majority of council approval, to answer questions or to provide additional information.
Public Input a. The DDA shall regularly seek advisory input on its parking operations through such means as its monthly DDA meetings and DDA committee meetings, quarterly customer service surveys, volunteer citizen inspections, and feedback from the downtown associations and Downtown Area Citizens Advisory Council (CAC).
b. Notwithstanding the foregoing, DDA shall not implement any increase in the Municipal Parking System’s hours of meter operation or parking rates intended to persist for more than three (3) months without first: (i) announcing, and providing written communication regarding, the details of such increase at a meeting of the DDA Board; (ii) providing all members of the public an opportunity to speak in a manner similar to a public hearing before the DDA Board at its next regularly scheduled meeting on the subject of the proposed increase (“Public Hearing”); and
Public Input. Public input will be heard through Town Hall Meetings and through the Delegation process, or as per Schedule “B”, Part “C” (2).
Public Input. The CONSULTANT will obtain extensive public input from property owners individually and in group settings, City Council members, West Boulevard Home Owners Association members, the Historic Preservation Commission, and other public venues. The CONSULTANT will be on site for two days to obtain this input and develop consensus among the property owners. Public support for the development and implementation of the design guidelines will be required. The CONSULTANT will develop and submit an approved draft design guidelines for the Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx as the final product for Phase 2. The draft shall provide the information necessary to be used in the final design guidelines product. The draft shall take into consideration the wide variety of building styles and construction time frames, and shall address contributing and non-contributing properties, as well as those properties located in the environs.
Public Input. Applicant/Sponsor must provide a written description of the Sponsor’s efforts to obtain input from the owner(s) of property(s) abutting or affected by the proposed project and any registered neighborhood organization covering the location of proposed project.
