FINAL PROVISONS. The Participants acknowledge that this MoU may continue to evolve and develop over time. However, it is agreed that this MoU may only be amended pursuant to the ERGA Rules of Procedure. Any relevant matter falling outside the scope of the specific provisions in this MoU will be settled by the Participants in a manner consistent with the objectives of the MoU and favourable to continued good relations.
