Administration of the Mou. A. Approval: This MOU becomes effective upon signature by the authorized officials of the BLM and Cooperator.
B. Amendment: This MOU may be amended through mutual written agreement, signed by the parties hereto.
Administration of the Mou. 4.1 The MoU is being signed between the CHC- SOCHARA and DIST - NGO for a period of one year starting from 1st March 2010 till 28th February 2011. The MoU may be renewed after the first year based on the internal assessment of the progress achieved, the plans of expansion of the process by the Government of Tamil Nadu and a participatory evaluation by an external body.
4.2 For the period of the Project Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx of CHC-SOCHARA will be designated the Project Manager and will be responsible for the overall functioning and implementation of the Project. Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx will also represent CHC-SOCHARA in matters pertaining to the project. Similarly Xx. Xxxxx Xxxx of CHC – SOCHARA will be designated as Assistant Project Manager and will be responsible for the implementation of the project and will represent the Project Manager in the absence of the latter.

Administration of the Mou. Following the MOU template, this section stipulates that the MOU is the responsibility of the local collaborative, the Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Children & Youth Planning Board. This section details the operation of the governing interagency management team, oversight and monitoring activities, conflict resolution, training activities, and committee membership. It also lists the agencies that are authorized to disclose information pursuant to the terms of the MOU and applicable federal and state laws.

A. For the Courts in Region 4, the principal authorized agent shall be the Executive Officer or designee for each Superior Court in the Region (see attachment for address) except where a particular Management representative is specifically designated in connection with the performance of a specified function or obligation set forth herein.

A. Administration of the Mou. The Parties agree that: -
i) At JKUAT the Research, Production and Extension Division will spearhead the Administration of the MoU, while at NBHE, the Bureau for Higher Education Administration and International Linkages will coordinate the administration and implementation of the MoU.
ii) The Parties shall establish at least a four (4) member Joint Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as “JMC”), two (2) from each Party to oversee the implementation of the MoU. Each Party will appoint its representatives.
iii) The Terms of Reference of the JMC shall include the following:
a) To work out mechanisms for reviewing and evaluating the impacts of the MoU every two years and at the end of the MoU duration. The JMC shall arrange for the review at any time that a review request is made by any of the Parties.
b) To co-ordinate activities of both the Parties for joint project identification and sourcing for funds.
c) To monitor implementation of any on-going activities by evaluating progress reports of the technical committees that are running the activities.
d) To advise various institutes/colleges/faculties/schools/ departments/centres of both the Parties on available areas of collaboration.
e) To advise the Parties’ Chief Executives (or their appointed representatives) through a written report on the progress of the collaboration or on any need to amend or review the same.
f) Any other activity relevant to this collaboration
iv) Both the Parties and institutions under them shall when necessary appoint relevant Joint Technical Co-ordination Committees (JTCC) which will meet at least four times in a year and whose functions will be to steer each specific project through the following:
a) Joint proposal development for donor funding.
b) Proposing policy options, implementing strategies and evaluation.
c) Prepare programmes and specific projects for joint implementation.
d) Seek to understand the various technological developments.
e) Information exchange.
f) Any other activity relevant to this collaboration.

Administration of the Mou. To set up a Working Committee, consisting of members of the XXXXX BoG and chaired by the DME, whose responsibilities will be to:
5.1 Implement the processes necessary for the legal formation of the SDA to be effected.
5.2 Delegating responsibility to the XXXXX Procurement Committee to support the SDA implementation process. Such support may be in form of providing information, reviewing documentation and participating in drawing up recommendations for implementation purposes.
5.3 Ensure that each Party contributes equally to the legal and administrative costs of establishing the SDA.
5.4 Review SDP progress in terms of its efficacy in general and achievement of envisaged cost savings and synergies in particular.
