Final PV System Acceptance Testing, Commissioning, and Timely Completion. (A) The Project at each Site shall operate for thirty (30) Business Days (the “Acceptance Test Period”) and shall be operated in accordance with Prudent Utility Practices. The Contractor shall submit a written Acceptance Test Report for each Project to the Host, summarizing the first thirty (30) Business Days’ data including electricity generated on a daily basis and performance, within fourteen (14) Business Days of the completion of the Acceptance Test Period. The Acceptance Test Report shall identify the expected output estimates of the Project and compare the estimates with actual data collected.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • Synchronisation Commissioning and Commercial Operation 8.1 The Developer shall provide at least forty (40) days advanced preliminary written notice and at least twenty (20) days advanced final written notice to ESCOM of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer's installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards.   • ACCEPTANCE TESTS 11.1 If the Contract provides acceptance tests for Goods and/or the result of Services after their completion and/or delivery to the Purchaser, the acceptance shall only be considered as definitive when such tests have demonstrated the compliance of the Goods and/or the result of the Services to the requirements in the Contract.

In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.

  • Project Completion Part 1 – Material Completion

  • Final Completion The full and final completion of all Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.

  • Contract Completion The Contractor shall achieve Contract Completion, as the term is defined in this Agreement, within 60 calendar days of Substantial Completion.

  • At Substantial Completion and Final Completion the Contractor shall provide a certification letter certifying that the Work does not contain asbestos as required by the UTUGCs.
