Final testing and certification. The Project shall be governed by the mechanism of final acceptance testing and certification to be put into place by the Nodal Agency and Implementation Agency as under: (a) Final testing and certification criteria will lay down a set of guidelines following internationally accepted norms and standards for testing and certification for all aspects of project development and implementation covering software, hardware and networking including the processes relating to the design of solution architecture, design of systems and sub- systems, coding, testing, business process description, documentation, version control, change management, security, service oriented architecture, performance in relation to compliance with SLA metrics, interoperability, scalability, availability and compliance with all the technical and functional requirements of the RFP and this Agreement;

Final testing and certification. The Project shall be governed by the mechanism of final acceptance testing and certification to be put into place by BSBCL and <<‘<<Total Solution and Service Provider (TSSP)>>’>> as under: I. Final testing and certification criteria will lay down a set of guidelines following internationally accepted norms and standards for testing and certification for all aspects of project development and implementation covering software, hardware and networking including the processes relating to the design of solution architecture, design of systems and sub- systems, coding, testing, business process description, documentation, version control, change management, security, service oriented architecture, performance in relation to compliance with SLA metrics, interoperability, scalability, availability and compliance with all the technical and functional requirements of the RFP and this Agreement; II. Final testing and certification criteria will be finalized from the development stage to ensure that the guidelines are being followed and to avoid large scale modifications pursuant to testing done after the application is fully developed; III. Final testing and certification criteria will consider conducting specific tests on the software, hardware, networking, security and all other aspects; IV. Final testing and certification criteria will establish appropriate processes for notifying the <<‘<<Total Solution and Service Provider (TSSP)>>’>> of any deviations from the norms, standards or guidelines at the earliest instance after taking cognizance of the same to enable the <<‘<<Total Solution and Service Provider (TSSP)>>’>> to take corrective action; etc.
Final testing and certification. The Project shall be governed by the mechanism of Acceptance Testing and certification (by a third party agency) to be put into place by the Nodal Agency and Implementation Agency as under: (a) Acceptance Testing criteria will cover all aspects of technical and functional specifications given in the RFP and this Agreement; (b) Acceptance testing and certification criteria will be finalized from the development stage to ensure that the guidelines are being followed and to avoid large scale modifications pursuant to testing done after the application is fully developed; (c) Acceptance Testing criteria will establish appropriate processes for notifying the Implementation Agency of any deviations from the norms, standards or guidelines at the earliest instance after taking cognizance of the same to enable the Implementation Agency to take corrective action; etc.
Final testing and certification. The Project shall be governed by the mechanism of final acceptance testing and certification to be put into place by the Client, guided by the following principles: (a) Client reserves the right to nominate a technically competent agency (“Final Testing and Certification Agency”) for conducting final acceptance testing and certification; (b) Such Final Testing and Certification Agency will lay down a set of guidelines following internationally accepted norms and standards for testing and certification for all aspects of project development and implementation covering software, hardware and networking including the processes relating to the design of solution architecture, design of systems and sub­ systems, coding, testing, business process description, documentation, version control, change management, security, service oriented architecture, performance in relation to compliance with SLA metrics, interoperability, scalability, availability and compliance with all the technical and functional requirements of the RFP and this Agreement; (c) The Final Testing and Certification Agency will be involved with Project from the development stage to ensure that the guidelines are being followed and to avoid large scale modifications pursuant to testing done after the application is fully developed; (d) The Final Testing and Certification Agency may engage professional organizations for conducting specific tests on the software, hardware, networking, security and all other aspects; (e) The Final Testing and Certification Agency will establish appropriate processes for notifying the System Integrator of any deviations from the norms, standards or guidelines at the earliest instance after taking cognizance of the same to enable the System Integrator to take corrective action; (f) Such an involvement of and guidance by the Final Testing and Certification Agency shall not, however, absolve the System Integrator of the fundamental responsibility of designing, customizing/ developing, installing, testing and commissioning the various components of the Project to deliver the services in perfect conformity with this Agreement

Final testing and certification. The Project shall be governed by the mechanism of final acceptance testing and certification as per RFP Vol 2 Section 4.8.

  • COMPLIANCE AND CERTIFICATION 25.1 Each Party shall comply at its own expense with all Applicable Laws that relate to that Party’s obligations to the other Party under this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as requiring or permitting either Party to contravene any mandatory requirement of Applicable Law. 25.2 Each Party warrants that it has obtained all necessary state certification required in each state covered by this Agreement prior to ordering any Interconnection, Resale Services, Network Elements, functions, facilities, products and services from the other Party pursuant to this Agreement. Upon request, each Party shall provide proof of certification. 25.3 Each Party shall be responsible for obtaining and keeping in effect all approvals from, and rights granted by, Governmental Authorities, building and property owners, other carriers, and any other Third Parties that may be required in connection with the performance of its obligations under this Agreement. 25.4 Each Party represents and warrants that any equipment, facilities or services provided to the other Party under this Agreement comply with the CALEA.

  • CHILD SUPPORT CERTIFICATION Under Section 231.006, Texas Family Code, the Engineer certifies that the individual or business entity named in this contract, bid, or application is not ineligible to receive the specified grant, loan, or payment and acknowledges that this contract may be terminated and payment may be withheld if this certification is inaccurate. If the above certification is shown to be false, the Engineer is liable to the state for attorney’s fees, the cost necessary to complete the contract, including the cost of advertising and awarding a second contract, and any other damages provided by law or the contract. A child support obligor or business entity ineligible to receive payments because of a payment delinquency of more than thirty (30) days remains ineligible until: all arrearages have been paid; the obligor is in compliance with a written repayment agreement or court order as to any existing delinquency; or the court of continuing jurisdiction over the child support order has granted the obligor an exemption from Subsection (a) of Section 231.006, Texas Family Code, as part of a court- supervised effort to improve earnings and child support payments.

  • AS9100 Certification ‌ AS9100 Certification, specifies requirements for a quality management system to demonstrate the Contractor’s ability to consistently meet the customer requirements as well as statutory and regulatory requirements for the aerospace industry. An AS9100 Certification, is not mandatory; however, Contractors who desire to compete for work within the aerospace industry are encouraged to have AS9100 Certification, during the entire term of OASIS. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their AS9100 Certification, and provide the reasons for the change and copies of audits from an AS9100 Certification Body, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is AS9100, certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.

  • Evaluation, Testing, and Monitoring 1. The System Agency may review, test, evaluate and monitor Grantee’s Products and services, as well as associated documentation and technical support for compliance with the Accessibility Standards. Review, testing, evaluation and monitoring may be conducted before and after the award of a contract. Testing and monitoring may include user acceptance testing. Neither the review, testing (including acceptance testing), evaluation or monitoring of any Product or service, nor the absence of review, testing, evaluation or monitoring, will result in a waiver of the State’s right to contest the Grantee’s assertion of compliance with the Accessibility Standards. 2. Grantee agrees to cooperate fully and provide the System Agency and its representatives timely access to Products, records, and other items and information needed to conduct such review, evaluation, testing, and monitoring.

  • RECYCLING CERTIFICATION The Contractor shall certify in writing under penalty of perjury, the minimum, if not exact, percentage of post consumer material as defined in the Public Contract Code Section 12200, in products, materials, goods, or supplies offered or sold to the State regardless of whether the product meets the requirements of Public Contract Code Section 12209. With respect to printer or duplication cartridges that comply with the requirements of Section 12156(e), the certification required by this subdivision shall specify that the cartridges so comply (Pub. Contract Code §12205).

  • E-VERIFY CERTIFICATION Pursuant to Executive Order RP-80, Engineer certifies and ensures that for all contracts for services, Engineer shall, to the extent permitted by law, utilize the United States Department of Homeland Security’s E-Verify system during the term of this agreement to determine the eligibility of: 1. All persons employed by Engineer during the term of this agreement to perform duties within the State of Texas; and 2. All persons, including subcontractors, assigned by Engineer to perform work pursuant to this agreement. Violation of this provision constitutes a material breach of this agreement.

  • Independence and Objectivity Certification Prior to performing the first Quarterly Claims Review, and annually thereafter, the IRO shall submit to Practitioner a certification that the IRO has (a) evaluated its professional independence and objectivity with respect to the reviews required under this Section III.C and (b) concluded that it is, in fact, independent and objective, in accordance with the requirements specified in Appendix A to this IA. The IRO’s certification shall include a summary of all current and prior engagements between Practitioner and the IRO.

  • CLEC Certification 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, CenturyLink shall have no obligation to perform under this Agreement until such time as CLEC has obtained such FCC and Commission authorization(s) as may be required by Applicable Law for conducting business in the State as a competitive local exchange carrier. CLEC shall not be permitted to establish its account nor place any orders under this Agreement until it has obtained such authorization and provided proof of such to CenturyLink. For the life of this Agreement, CLEC must represent and warrant to CenturyLink that it remains a certified local provider of Telephone Exchange Service within CenturyLink’s Local Calling Area(s) in the State. At any time during the life of this Agreement, CLEC will provide a copy of its current Certificate of Operating Authority or other evidence of its status to CenturyLink upon request. CLEC’s failure to maintain such authorization(s) as may be required by Applicable Law for conducting business in the State as a CLEC shall be considered a Default of Agreement.

  • Drug-Free Workplace Certification As required by Executive Order No. 90-5 dated April 12, 1990, issued by the Governor of Indiana, the Company hereby covenants and agrees to make a good faith effort to provide and maintain a drug-free workplace at the Project Location. The Company will give written notice to the IEDC within ten (10) days after receiving actual notice that the Company, or an employee of the Company in the State of Indiana, has been convicted of a criminal drug violation occurring in the workplace. False certification or violation of this certification may result in sanctions including, but not limited to, suspension of payments under the Agreement, termination of the Agreement and/or debarment of contracting opportunities with the State for up to three (3) years. In addition to the provisions of the above paragraph, if the total amount set forth in the Agreement is in excess of $25,000.00, the Company agrees that it will provide a drug-free workplace by: A. Publishing and providing to all of its employees a statement notifying them that the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession or use of a controlled substance is prohibited in the Company’s workplace, and specifying the actions that will be taken against employees for violations of such prohibition;

  • Contractor Certification The Department may, at its option, terminate the Contract if the Contractor is found to have submitted a false certification as provided under section 287.135(5), F.S., or been placed on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or been engaged in business operations in Cuba or Syria, or to have been placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List or is engaged in a boycott of Israel.
