Common use of FINANCIAL EVALUATION Clause in Contracts

FINANCIAL EVALUATION. a) The financial bid shall be opened of only those bidders who have been found to be technically eligible. b) If, in the price structure quoted for the required goods, there is discrepancy between the unit price and total price (which is obtained by multiplying the unit price by the quantity), the unit price shall prevail and the total price corrected accordingly. c) If there is a discrepancy between words and figures, the amount in words shall prevail. d) After due evaluation of the bid(s) AIIMS, Jodhpur will award the contract to the lowest evaluated responsive tenderer. Conditional bid will be treated as unresponsive and will be rejected. e) Bidder must quote the financial bid as specified in BOQ.
