Firewise. Development of the DRI will incorporate development principles of Firewise 29 communities, which may include, but not be limited to, (i) the use of fire resistant 30 materials such as Class A roofing, metal fascias, fire-resistant shingles and flue covers 31 or cementaceous (Xxxxxx Board) exterior wall siding; (ii) use of non-combustible 1 construction, such as Type I, II or III construction per the Florida Building Code, 2 masonry construction or UL-Listed assemblies; (iii) community design principles, such 3 as lot vegetation management, use of landscaping materials, suggesting fire break at 4 perimeters, a one-quarter (¼) inch metal screening for structure/attic vents, or tempered 5 glass/double pane windows. Firewise educational material consistent with the Neoga 6 Lakes Scrub Management Plan (described in Special Condition 17(d) above) will be 7 included in the HEP. The provisions of this Special Condition 37 shall not, however, 8 limit the allowable activities set forth in Special Condition 26 above, and nor shall this 9 Special Condition 37 restrict timber management practices in accordance with the 10 Silviculture BMPs and this Development Order.

  • Firefighters Any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be regularly and routinely staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters for the period of time that the aerial ladder is inoperative, or until such time as the truck with the inoperative aerial ladder is replaced with a truck with an operative aerial ladder. At 0800 and 2000 hours, all trucks shall be staffed with one (1) officer and four (4) firefighters, and any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters.

  • Blasting Blasting shall be permitted only for road construction purposes unless advance permission is obtained from Forest Service. Whenever the Industrial Fire Precaution Level is II or greater, a fire security person equipped with a long handled round point No. 0 or larger shovel and a 5 gallon backpack pump can filled with water, will stay at location of blast for 1 hour after blasting is done. Blasting may be suspended by Forest Service, in areas of high rate of spread and resistance to control. Fuses shall not be used for blasting. Explosive cords shall not be used without permission of Forest Service, which may specify conditions under which such explosives may be used and precautions to be taken.

  • Moonlighting 24.01 The Company and the Union agree in principle to eliminate the practice commonly referred to as moonlighting.

  • Terminals Hartford Terminal. Hartford Terminal is located at or near Hartford, Illinois. The facility consists of a two-bay truck rack with 17,000 barrels of active terminaling capacity, 13 above-ground storage tanks with approximately 1.1 million barrels of total storage capacity. The Hartford barge dock consists of a single-berth barge loading facility, approximately 0.8 miles of 8-inch pipeline and approximately 0.8 miles of 14-inch pipeline from the Hartford terminal to the Hartford barge dock for delivery.

  • Fire Fighting Costs of operating and maintaining the fire-fighting equipments and personnel, if any.

  • Weapons (1) If the Contractor requests that its personnel performing in the USCENTCOM AOR be authorized to carry weapons for individual self-defense, the request shall be made through the Contracting Officer to the Combatant Commander, in accordance with DoD Instruction 3020.41. The Combatant Commander will determine whether to authorize in-theater contractor personnel to carry weapons and what weapons and ammunition will be allowed.

  • Transportation Services i) In the event that transportation services for a student served by CONTRACTOR pursuant to an Individual Services Agreement are to be provided by a party other than CONTRACTOR or the LEA or its transportation providers, such services shall be reflected in a separate agreement signed by the parties hereto, and provided to the LEA and SELPA Director by the CONTRACTOR. Except as provided below, CONTRACTOR shall compensate the transportation provider directly for such services, and shall charge the LEA for such services at the actual and reasonable rates billed by the transportation provider, plus a ten percent (.10) administrative fee, unless a “flat rate” is provided in the transportation contract. In the event that the transportation provider notifies the LEA or SELPA Director that CONTRACTOR is more than 90 days behind in payment for transportation services, LEA shall have the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, but not the obligation, to make payment for such services directly to the transportation provider, and to deduct such payments from any sums owed to CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Master Contract and any Individual Services Agreement between the parties. In the event that the LEA makes direct payment of the transportation provider’s charges, it shall be entitled to withhold both the transportation charges themselves and such additional amount as shall be reasonably necessary to compensate the LEA for the staff and other costs incurred in making direct payment of those charges. The remedies provided to the LEA pursuant to this Paragraph shall not be exclusive. CONTRACTOR shall not include transportation through the use of services or equipment owned, leased or contracted through the LEA unless expressly provided in the Individual Services Agreement for the student transported.

  • Workstation/Laptop encryption All workstations and laptops that process and/or store DHCS PHI or PI must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The encryption solution must be full disk unless approved by the DHCS Information Security Office.

  • Fueling delivering or dispensing fuel, defueling and refueling, or any other transfer of fuel on Airport property.
