First Aid, CPR and AED Training. (HQ only) Description of Services Provided – Plans, schedules, coordinates and implements training courses for First Aid, CPD, and AED Training. Parties to the Agreement – OSEP Trainer provides the services to employees and contractors. In the Field, these services are coordinated by the Administrative Resources Divisions in the ASCs Customer Service Standards – The customer can expect to complete training within two days and on a scheduled basis in the Field. Performance Measures – Customers will complete evaluation form upon completed the training course. Customer feedback and meeting or exceeding pre-established time frames measure successful performance Customer Obligations – The customer must request the training by e-mail message or calling the Security Division. Once training dates have been established with the customer, it is the obligation of the customer to show up on the date and time scheduled. In the Field, ARD staff will implement a training schedule in each Field Office on a bi-annual or as needed basis.   • First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.

  • Specialized Training The Agency agrees to provide state-wide minimum standards of training for specialized assignments or required duties, such as Emergency Response Team, Special Emergency Response Team, and other posts, where use of weapons, use of physical force or breathing apparatus are required.

  • EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING 1. The State agrees to provide advice and counseling to employees with respect to career advancement opportunities and agency developments which have an impact on their careers.

  • Apprenticeship Training The enterprise agrees to work with the union to improve apprenticeship training and the number of apprentices in training.

  • Required Training For training that is required by the Agency, manager or supervisor, the Agency shall reimburse one hundred percent (100%) of all related necessary and legitimate expenses, including but not limited to tuition, books, travel expenses, travel time, and attendance time. When practical, the Agency will attempt to adjust the employee’s hours if the approved training activity is scheduled during the employee’s normal work hours.

  • Cross Training (a) The parties recognize the importance of cross training to ensure that employees are properly trained for backup and for promotions. When the Employer identifies a cross training opportunity the Employer shall provide each regular employee written notification of the cross training opportunity in following with 6.02(a). The Employer undertakes to cross train employees on the basis of seniority and the ability to do the job within a reasonable period of time.

  • Employee Training The Provider shall provide periodic security training to those of its employees who operate or have access to the system. Further, Provider shall provide LEA with contact information of an employee who LEA may contact if there are any security concerns or questions.

  • First Aid Attendants a) Designated First Aid Attendants shall receive their job rate of pay plus the Ticket Premium rate. All other employees holding valid First Aid Tickets shall receive a premium of five cents (5¢) per hour over and above their job rate. There shall be no stacking or pyramiding of premiums.

  • Orientation and Training A transferring employee will be orientated separately to both or their new home in accordance with Article 20 the collective agreement of the designated employer.

  • Training and Orientation (a) No employee shall be required to work on any job or operate any piece of equipment until he/she has received proper training and instruction.
