Fixed-Price Agreement. Sponsor will pay UVM, $[AMOUNT], which will be used to pay the costs necessary to complete the performance of the Project.
Fixed-Price Agreement. The STATE shall compensate the CONSULTANT in the amount of $(05—SALARIES, OVERHEAD, FEE & SUBCONSULTANT COST) plus direct expenses as provided in paragraph II.E. below for satisfactorily performing all work and completing the project. The total compensation payable to the CONSULTANT includes payment for all work performed by the CONSULTANT and all subconsultants and is limited in accordance with the compensation ceilings established in paragraphs II.A, II.D, and II.E below. The CONSULTANT agrees that all funds are subject to appropriations and the availability of funds.
Fixed-Price Agreement. The services to be provided under this Agreement will be paid by the District to the Contractor for services satisfactorily rendered pursuant to the Scope of Work set forth in this agreement, inclusive of all expenses, an amount not to exceed [Dollars and cents ($0.00)], excluding New Mexico gross receipts taxes.
Fixed-Price Agreement. Sponsor will pay UNH the price for performing the Research of $455,457. The parties estimate that this price is sufficient to support the Research. Sponsor will not be entitled to any reversion of project funding as it relates to any residual balance at the completion of the Project. Payment shall be made by Sponsor according to the following schedule:

University may submit to Sponsor a revised budget requesting additional funds if Sponsor requests a change in the Sponsored Project. Sponsor will not be liable for any payment in excess of the fixed price amount except upon Sponsor’s written agreement. University owns or shall own all equipment purchased or fabricated to perform the Sponsored Project.
Fixed-Price Agreement. No price increases will be permitted under this Contract. All price decreases will be automatically extended to the County. No retroactive price adjustments will be considered. The net dollar amount of profit will remain firm during the period of the Contract. Adjustments increasing the Contractor’s profit will not be allowed.
Fixed-Price Agreement. If this Agreement is designated as “Fixed-Price,” Sponsor will pay Northwestern the price for performing the Project of $ as represented by with Attachment B (“Budget”). The parties estimate that this price is sufficient to support the Project. Northwestern may submit to Sponsor a revised Budget requesting additional funds if Sponsor requests a change in the scope of work of the Project. Sponsor will not be liable for any payment in excess of the Budget except in the case of Sponsor’s written agreement, nor will Sponsor be entitled to any reversion of project funding as it relates to any residual balance at the completion of the Project. The parties estimate that the Cost is sufficient to support the Research Program. Stanford may submit to Sponsor a revised budget requesting additional funds if Sponsor requests a change in the Research Program scope of work. Sponsor will not be liable for any payment in excess of the Cost except on Sponsor’s written agreement. Stanford has the authority to rebudget costs at the discretion of the Principal Investigator, as long as the rebudgeting is consistent with the goals of the Research Program. Sponsor is not entitled to any refund of funds not spent if all project commitments have been met.
Fixed-Price Agreement. PROVIDING CERTAINTY Certainty in business is paramount, particularly with cashflow and so it is that our model of quoting upfront lends itself to certainty. Once our written proposal or Fixed Price Agreement is accepted by you we can arrange for a direct debit payment to be made monthly or quarterly.

As consideration for the assignment of Intellectual Property as set forth in Section 6.1, Sponsor shall pay University a non-refundable upfront technology assignment fee equal to XX% of the Total Project Cost, or a base fee of $XX,XXX, whichever is greateer (“Project Assignment Fee”). The Project Assignment Fee is subject to increase in accordance with this formula if the total obligated budget cost for the Sponsored Project increases. University shall invoice for the Project Assignment Fee at the time of full signature of Exhibit A associated with the Sponsored Project and the fee shall be due within thirty (30) days of receipt by Sponsor.
