Fixed Salary. During the Employment Term the Employee shall receive compensation (the “Fixed Salary”) payable in equal monthly installments at the annual rate of $78,476. Any adjustments in that Fixed Salary shall be effective as of the Employee’s anniversary date. The Employee then shall receive the adjusted Fixed Salary for the twelve month period beginning on the anniversary date. In no event shall the Fixed Salary for any twelve-month period be less than the Fixed Salary during the preceding twelve-month period.
Fixed Salary. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be paid an amount of Euro 150’000 per year, payable in 12 equal monthly instalments, as fixed salary, less the Executive’s share of social costs.
Fixed Salary. The Employment Term, as used in other sections of this Agreement, shall be either the Employee’s continuous employment or the twelve month period set forth in the notice. If the Employee resigns during the twelve month period set forth in the notice, then the provisions of Section 3.2 Termination at Will shall apply for the remainder of the twelve month period.
Fixed Salary. During the Term, as compensation for Executive's services, the Company shall pay Executive a salary at the rate of $200,000 per annum (the "FIXED SALARY") in equal bi-weekly installments less appropriate payroll deductions as required by law. The Fixed Salary shall be reviewed at least annually by the CEO or such other persons as appointed by the CEO and may be increased, but not decreased as a result of such review.
Fixed Salary. Gilo shall receive a fixed annual salary of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000). The Corporation agrees to review the fixed salary following the end of each twelve (12) month period during the employment term based upon Gilo's services and the Corporation's financial results during the calendar year, and to make such increases as may be determined appropriate in the discretion of the Corporation's Board of Directors.
Fixed Salary. Effective January 16, 1999, Pezzola shall receive a fixed annual salary of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000). The Corporation agrees to review the fixed salary following the end of each calendar year during the Employment Term based upon Pezzola's services and the financial results of DSPC during the calendar year, and to make such increases as may be determined appropriate in the discretion of DSPC's Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors ("Compensation Committee").
Fixed Salary. 6.1 The Management Board Member’s gross annual fixed salary amounts to €195,000 (including 8% holiday pay). The monthly salary shall, subject to the deductions by law, be paid at the end of each month.
6.2 Payment of the holiday allowance (8% of gross annual fixed salary) will be made in the month of May or on the date of termination of the Employment Contract. The entitlement to holiday allowance will accrue pro rata to the duration of the employment between June 1 and May 31.
6.3 Prosensa shall review the salary on an annual basis, at the latest at the end of March each year.
Fixed Salary. As partial compensation for Employee’s services, Company shall pay Employee a salary (the “Fixed Salary”) at the following rates in equal monthly (or more frequent, consistent with Company’s payroll practices) installments, less appropriate payroll deductions as required by law: January 1, 2018 – December 31, 2018 $ 180,000 January 1, 2019 – December 31, 2019 $ 300,000 January 1, 2020 – December 31, 2020 $ 500,000
Fixed Salary. As compensation for Executive's services Company shall pay Executive a salary of $150,000 per annum for the period June 1, 1997 through May 31, 1998, and an increase of $20,000 per annum for each twelve month period thereafter (the "Fixed Salary") in equal monthly (or more frequent) installments less appropriate payroll deductions as required by law. In addition to his Fixed Salary, Executive shall receive, with respect to each full fiscal year during the term hereof, commencing with the year ending July 31, 1998, an annual bonus (the "Profit Bonus") equal to six percent (6%) of the Company's annual "Income Before Income Tax Provision" as stated on the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K. The Profit Bonus shall be payable within 120 days after the end of the Company's fiscal year.
Fixed Salary. The Employee is entitled to a fixed annual salary of CHF 425,000 gross, payable in twelve monthly instalments, in each case at the end of the month by means of bank transfer.
