Common use of Fixed Term Appointments Clause in Contracts

Fixed Term Appointments. (a) An employee on fixed-term employment will cease to have an entitlement to parental leave upon the expiry of the employment, except as provided for in subclauses 39.5.3(b) and (c) below.
