FLEXIBLE BENEFITS PROGRAM. With the exception of the Health Plans offered and provisions for selling accrued leave, the meaning and intent is to provide the same level of benefit and coverage under the Flexible Benefit Program that is available to employees prior to the implementation of this agreement. HEALTH PLAN OPTIONS All full-time regular employees shall be provided with comprehensive medical insurance coverage through the Flexible Benefits Program as offered by the City of Rochester.
