Flight Attempts. There will be two types of flight attempt---the qualifying flight attempt and the prize flight attempt. Qualifying flight attempts are those conducted at the CFTC to ensure that Vehicle meets all Minimum Eligibility Requirements for the CHALLENGE. Only TEAMs whose Vehicles complete all qualifying flight attempts and meet all Minimum Eligibility Requirements will be eligible for CHALLENGE prizes. Prize Flight Attempts are those conducted at the CFTC to determine Vehicle's official score in one of the CHALLENGE prize categories. In some cases, the qualifying flight attempt and prize flight attempt will be one and the same.

  • Help Desk A help desk for Product support issues (the “Help Desk”) will be available to Customer. Unless specified in an Order, Customer should contact 000.000.0000 to receive a telephone number for the applicable supporting Solutions & Support Center. Customer will appoint one Product administrator and one backup administrator to serve as the primary point of contact regarding maintenance services.
