Break Period All employees working in full time (7 or 7.5 hour) positions shall be permitted a fifteen (15) minute rest period both in the first half and the second half of a shift.
Meal Period A Contractor shall schedule an unpaid period of not more than 1/2 hour duration at the work location between the 3rd and 5th hour of the scheduled shift. A Contractor may, for efficiency of operation, establish a schedule which coordinates the meal periods of two or more crafts. If an employee is required to work through the meal period, the employee shall be compensated in a manner established in the applicable Schedule A.

Xxxxx Period After payment of the first Dues, the Subscriber is entitled to a grace period of 30 days for the payment of any Dues due. During this grace period, the Agreement will remain in force. However, the Subscriber will be liable for payment of Dues accruing during the period the Agreement continues in force.
Computation Period Interest on the Loans and all other amounts payable by Borrower hereunder on a per annum basis shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days elapsed (including the first day but excluding the last day) unless such calculation would result in a usurious rate or to the extent such Loan bears interest based upon the Base Rate, in which case interest shall be calculated on the basis of a 365-day year or 366-day year, as the case may be. In computing the number of days during which interest accrues, the day on which funds are initially advanced shall be included regardless of the time of day such advance is made, and the day on which funds are repaid shall be included unless repayment is credited prior to the close of business on the Business Day received. Each determination by Administrative Agent of an interest rate or fee hereunder shall be conclusive and binding for all purposes, absent manifest error.
Benefit Period Following the Qualifying Period you will receive a monthly income until the earlier of: (i) Attainment of age 65 (ii) Cessation of total disability (iii) Attainment of date of retirement
Claims Period (a) The Claims Period with respect to Buyer’s Losses arising under Section 11.2 shall begin on the Closing Date and terminate as follows: (i)with respect to Buyer Losses arising out of a breach of a representation or warranty under Sections 3.1, 3.2 or 3.3 hereof, indefinite; (ii) with respect to Buyer’s Losses arising out of a breach of representation or warranty under Section 3.9 (Regulatory Compliance), Section 3.13 (Employee Benefit Plans) and/or Section 3.15 (Environmental Laws), the third anniversary of the Closing Date; and (iii) with respect to Buyer Losses arising out of any other matter, the second (2nd) anniversary of the Closing Date; (b) The Claims Period with respect to Seller’s Losses arising under Section 11.1 shall begin on the Closing Date an terminate as follows: (i) with respect to Seller’s Losses arising out of a breach of a misrepresentation or warranty under Section 4.1(a) and 4.2 and (ii) with respect to Seller’s Losses arising out of any other matter, the second (2nd) anniversary of the Closing Date; and (c) Notwithstanding the foregoing, if, prior to the close of business on the last day of the applicable Claims Period, an Indemnifying Party shall have been properly notified of a claim for indemnity hereunder and such claim shall not have been finally resolved or disposed of at such date, such claim shall continue to survive and shall remain a basis for indemnity hereunder until such claim is finally resolved or disposed of in accordance with the terms hereof.
Unbroken Vacation Period An Employee shall receive an unbroken period of vacation unless mutually agreed upon between the Employee and the Employer.
Hire Period 8.1 Hire charges shall commence from the time the Equipment is collected by the Client from the Supplier’s premises and will continue until the return of the Equipment to the Supplier’s premises, or as specified in the specified Hire Period as follows: (a) Half Day – four (4) hours or overnight providing the Equipment is collected after 4pm and returned by 8.30am the following day with a maximum usage time of four (4) hours. (b) Daily – twenty four (24) hours with a maximum usage time of 8 hours. Should the current Weekly rate be lesser than the accumulated daily rate, then the Weekly hire rate will apply. (c) Weekly – shall mean five (5) consecutive days with a maximum usage time of fifty six (56) hours. (d) Monthly – shall mean one (1) calendar month with a maximum usage time of one hundred and eighty (180) hours. (e) Weekend – shall be as agreed with the Supplier, otherwise daily hire rates will apply. 8.2 If the Supplier agrees with the Client to deliver and/or collect the Equipment, hire charges shall commence from the time the Equipment leaves the Supplier’s premises and continue until the Client notifies the Supplier that the Equipment is available for collection, and/or until the expiry of the Minimum Hire Period, whichever last occurs. 8.3 The date upon which the Client advises of termination shall in all cases be treated as a full day’s hire. 8.4 Late return will incur a minimum of four (4) hour additional fee. 8.5 If the Client wishes to de-hire the Equipment at an earlier date than was originally agreed, then the Supplier reserves the right to charge the Client at the applicable rate for the actual Hire Period used and any long term discount previously applied will be void. 8.6 No allowance whatsoever can be made for time during which the Equipment is not in use for any reason, unless the Supplier confirms special prior arrangements in writing. In the event of Equipment breakdown provided the Client notifies the Supplier immediately, hiring charges will not be payable during the time the Equipment is not working, unless the condition is due to negligence or misuse on the part of or attributable to the Client.
Vacation Period The choice of vacation periods shall be granted to employees on the basis of seniority with the Employer except where the period requested would be detrimental to the operation of the Employer.
