Food Service Management. EMO shall assist the School with all aspects of food service management, including ordering meals, distribution of meals, accounting of meals served for purposes of filing reimbursement claims, administering the completion of Free/ Reduced Lunch Income Forms, and following all applicable State and Federal rules and regulations that apply to food service management. EMO shall be in attendance and act on behalf of the Board and the School at all State level reviews or audits relating to food service management.

Food Service Management. Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from an accredited university AND Full registrant status with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia AND Five years full-time work experience in the industrial, commercial, or institutional fields directly related to the program instructional areas. Master of Photography Arts from either the Professional Photographers of America or the Professional Photographers of Canada and six years of full-time work experience closely related to the program instructional areas. OR Fellow of the Royal Photographers Society and six years of full-time work experience closely related to the to the program instructional areas. OR Completion of a two-year Diploma in Photography combined with four years of full-time work experience closely related to the program instructional areas. NOTE: Three years of work experience is acceptable if the candidate has a three-year diploma. OR A Bachelor's degree with appropriate major (Photography) and a two-year Diploma in Photography.
Food Service Management. SFA hereby authorizes FSMC, and FSMC hereby agrees to exclusively manage and operate the food service offered by SFA relating to all of the schools within the Tri-City United Schools, in an efficient manner consistent with SFA’s policies and applicable government regulations and upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. FSMC’s rights shall apply to those parts of SFA’s facilities designated by the parties as reasonably necessary for efficient operation of the Food Service including the dining, serving, food preparation, storage and office areas (“SFA’s Premises”). During the term of this Agreement, FSMC shall not engage in any other food service operations on SFA’s Premises without SFA’s prior consent. SFA’s Premises shall not be used by others without prior notice to FSMC and may require the presence of a food service employee whose wages, including any overtime if applicable, shall be reimbursed by the user. FSMC certifies that neither it, nor its principals is presently ineligible or proposed for ineligibility, from participation in this Agreement, or the transaction contemplated hereby, by any federal department or agency.
Food Service Management. The Contractor will train food service management and service staff in National Restaurant Association ServSafe food handling procedures.
