Common use of FOP RECOGNITION Clause in Contracts

FOP RECOGNITION. Section 2.1. The Employer recognizes the FOP as the sole and exclusive representative for those Employees of the Employer in the bargaining unit(s). Wherever used in this Agreement, the term “bargaining unit(s)” shall be deemed to include those full-time Employees employed by the Employer in a classification listed as appropriate to a bargaining unit, as certified by the Ohio State Employment Relations Board in case number 84-RC-05-1093 as amended on January 4, 2007 in case Number 06-Rep-09-0121.
