FOR EMPLOYEES. HIRED PRIOR TO MARCH 2, 2014. Each employee in the service of the County hired prior to March 2, 2014, shall accrue vacation leave according to the following schedules. a. Two weeks accrual - Employees shall accrue two (2) weeks of vacation annually until completion of 104 full-time biweekly pay periods (4 years) of continuous employment. b. Three weeks accrual – Employees shall accrue three (3) weeks of vacation annually after the completion of 104 full-time biweekly pay periods (4 years) of continuous employment and until completion of 286 full-time biweekly pay periods (11 years) of continuous employment. c. Four weeks accrual – Employees shall accrue four (4) weeks of vacation annually after the completion of 286 full-time biweekly pay periods (11 years) of continuous employment and until completion of 520 full-time biweekly pay periods (20 years) of continuous employment.

Five weeks accrual - Employees shall accrue five weeks of vacation annually after the completion of 520 full-time biweekly pay periods (20 years) of continuous employment, up to a maximum balance of ten weeks.
