Four (4) weeks accrual. Employees shall accrue four (4) weeks of vacation annually after the completion of 286 full-time biweekly pay periods (11 years) of continuous employment and until completion of 520 full-time biweekly pay periods (20 years) of continuous employment, up to a maximum balance of eight (8) weeks.
Four (4) weeks accrual. 6.154 hours for each biweekly pay period on paid status after completion of 286 biweekly pay periods of continuous employment and until completion of 520 biweekly pay periods of continuous employment up to a maximum accrual of 320 hours.
