For meetings involving the Company and the Union the Company will absorb the cost of the scheduled time lost by Union Members and representatives. The Union will bear the cost of the scheduled time lost by Union Members and representatives while participating in activities authorized by the Union. The Union Local will be billed for the time off except in those cases where the Company has agreed to absorb the cost. In either case the employees involved will not be deducted or removed from the payroll.

For meetings. The record date for determining Participants entitled to notice of or to vote at a meeting of Participants shall be at the close of business on the business day next preceding the day on which notice is given or if notice is waived, at the close of business on the business day next preceding the day on which the meeting is held.

  • Other Meetings Other meetings of the Board shall be held at such times and places as the Board, the Chairman, the President or any director shall from time to time determine.

It is not anticipated that the Engineer’s participation will be needed for the NEPA process. Assistance (exhibits, attendance, etc.) may be required for a formal public meeting/hearing associated with schematic approval work.
